After beginning their collaboration with Super Rugby Americas, PEGSA and TVU Networks took their remote production expertise to Ivory Coast for one of the leading international padel tournaments, and later to the Tour de France, one of the most iconic events on the global sports calendar.
View Related ProductsThe partnership between PEGSA and TVU Networks continues to expand across new geographies, sports, and production challenges. It began with Super Rugby Americas 2026, where the two companies developed a cloud-based remote production model for more than 50 matches played across five countries. Now, that collaboration is crossing continents and reaching some of the most demanding stages in global sports.
The next challenge came in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, during the FIP Gold Abidjan, an international padel tournament held from June 23 to 28. Working together with Posta Producciones, PEGSA delivered a remote production workflow connecting the venue in Africa with its production hub in Argentina.
Two TVU One TM1100 units were used to transmit eight video feeds, along with their corresponding audio signals, live and simultaneously. From Argentina, PEGSA’s team handled camera switching, graphics, audio mixing, and Spanish- and English-language commentary before distributing the content across the International Padel Federation’s platforms.
“Producing remotely from Ivory Coast was one of the most demanding and complex challenges we have faced so far. Delivering this event for the FIP (International Padel Federation), together with Posta Producciones, represented another step in our pursuit of the right balance between efficiency and the highest quality standards.
Thanks to TVU solutions and its transmission backpacks, we were able to ensure stable connectivity and transport eight video feeds with their corresponding audio signals, live and simultaneously, from the venue to our hub in Argentina. Once the feeds arrived, our team managed camera switching, graphics and audio mixing, while also adding commentary in Spanish and English before streaming the content across the FIP’s different platforms.
Above all, it was a great team effort involving PEGSA’s IT, technical, operational production and creative production teams, delivering more than 24 hours of live coverage across three days alongside our partners at Posta Producciones and TVU Networks. That level of coordination is what allows us to continue taking remote production to increasingly higher standards,” said Sebastián Tajan, Executive Producer at PEGSA.
Just a few weeks later, the operation moved from the padel courts to the roads of the Tour de France. Over 21 days, the PEGSA team traveled through 34 cities and covered more than 6,000 kilometers to produce 105 hours of coverage for Disney+, ESPN, and their social media platforms. The 2026 edition of the Tour featured 21 stages, starting in Barcelona and finishing in Paris after more than 3,300 official kilometers of racing.
The production included daily highlights in Spanish and English, content produced during rest days, four to five exclusive reports per stage, interviews with leading Latin American and international cycling figures, and more than 20 hours of original content.
From Ivory Coast to France, with the production hub in Argentina serving as a central part of the workflow, PEGSA and TVU are demonstrating how a partnership that began in Latin America can support sports productions on a global scale. It is a production model designed to move at the pace of live sports, connect teams separated by thousands of kilometers, and turn each new event into the starting point for the next challenge.
