Regional Account Manager - Northwest U.S.

TVU Networks is hiring a Regional Account Manager, Northwest. In this position, you will manage TVU’s valued regional account base. This involves cross-selling solutions with the support of an exceptional team. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver and/or exceed sales target for account in the Northwestern U.S.
  • Develop a regional business plan with impactful implementation.
  • Develop and execute profitable and strategic relationships with a wide range of customers.
  • Maintain and maximize growth opportunities with direct and channel accounts within the region.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
  • Connect customers’ business needs with TVU Networks solutions
  • Cross-sell other TVU Networks solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, sales leadership team and R & D teams on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Coordinates go to market strategies that are harmonized with other regional sales efforts.
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, co-develop sales enablement content that will accelerate adoption of TVU Networks IP technology.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • B.A/B.S. degree
  • 7 years or more of outside business-to-business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
  • Comfortable is a range of selling environments including creating compelling sales strategies and presentations.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing sales.
  • Deep knowledge of technology, business process, strategies, financial management and strategic planning
  • Experience working in a matrix sale environment.
  • Based in the Northwestern United States. Remote office

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Business-to-business experience, including business solutions and SaaS software.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive (SaaS Solutions) – Barcelona, Spain

This role requires a multi-skilled digital marketer with at least 4 years of experience and a strong background in both technical, data-driven marketing as well as content creation and digital PR. You must have good knowledge of key digital tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO best practices, knowledge of WordPress is also useful. The candidate ideally comes from a SaaS solution background or has worked in a similar industry. Must be a self-starter, willing to bring new ideas to the table and has a proven track record of driving user adoption and growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow our SaaS solution customer base through multi-channeled content marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to setup and optimize Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns, with aim of increasing user adoption
  • Work to improve tracking and attribution reporting across our SaaS solutions, with long term aim of reporting on customer LTVs (Lifetime Values)
  • Collaborate with third party content writers to develop new content (articles, videos, adverts) around our SaaS solutions
  • Research content and keywords around topics to drive our non-brand SEO growth
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and build relationships with key influencers in order to drive awareness around our products
  • Report on campaign performance and budgets (Google Analytics / DataStudio) to ensure team is meeting targets. Suggest improvements or optimizations where necessary.
  • Develop new landing pages (WordPress) or suggest and carry out improvements to pages with use of data to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to the table and champion best practices.
  • Analyze keywords, links, SEO/SEM techniques used by competitors and identify industry trends
  • Drive targeting and customer segmentation to personalize digital campaigns
  • Present key findings and best practices to team members and executive leadership
  • Learn and be curious and stay on top of key trends and best practices in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies

Who You Are – Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English required, second language is beneficial
  • 3+ years in marketing focusing heavily on digital marketing, with firsthand content marketing / digital PR experience
  • Demonstrated success executing digital strategies across multiple, integrated channels including website, paid search, paid social and display remarketing
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting, and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership

What You’ll Do:

  • You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Create effective campaign assets, including email, newsletter, video, landing page and advertising.
  • Plan and host all aspects of online and offline Middle East and Africa regional events, webinars, tradeshows and conferences in collaboration with our HQ marketing team, to deepen relationships with customers and attract prospects
  • Identify relevant customer stories & turn them into demand generation/sales enablement materials, working with the local partners, global customer marketing and sales enablement teams

Who You Are – Requirements:

  • High proficiency in reading, writing and spoken English required. French language is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business.
  • The ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. With strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have 1 to 2 years’ experience in organizing important events (webinars, conferences, tradeshows) and managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis.

Job Description:

The right candidate will be a passionate and creative self-starter who’s eager to engage on new projects and get stuff done. They’ll be excited about working closely with Graphic design, PR and Regional Marketing teams to create content about important TVU announcements, events, and to amplify our corporate and consumer PR efforts. This position reports to the Global Marketing Director.

This is a high visibility role, working closely with Global Marketing teams to reach and engage with customers in real time.
