Marketing Manager NAM Region

Company Description:

Do you want to be a part of a fast growing and innovative business? TVU Networks Marketing team is looking for an experience North America Marketing Manager to support our global growth initiative.

Chances are you have already seen video content on your phone, laptop, tablet or TV delivered from one of our web-based products or apps. TVU Networks is a technology and market leader in cloud-based live video solutions, headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, working with largest news and sport broadcasters, in over 85 countries. We are transforming the way live video is captured, produced and shared around the world.

Based remotely in the United States, reporting to the Director of Marketing and VP of North America, the ideal candidates must be able to proactively develop tactics and campaigns that drive our regional business goals: growing our lead database, building a strong pipeline and driving awareness of TVU solutions across North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Create effective campaign assets, including email, newsletter, video, landing page and advertising.
  • Plan and host all aspects of online and offline North America regional events, webinars, tradeshows and conferences in collaboration with our HQ marketing team, to deepen relationships with customers and attract prospects
  • Identify relevant customer stories & turn them into demand generation/sales enablement materials, working with the global customer marketing and sales enablement teams
  • Support the NAM sales team by identifying major business opportunities and collaborate with R&D teams to deliver the right solution in time for our prospects.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all relevant marketing activity in the region against agreed KPIs. Apply learnings.

Who You Are – Requirements:

  • Mandatory: English Native Speaker
  • BA or BS degree in marketing, communication or business.
  • The ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. With strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have 4 to 5 years’ experience in organizing important events (webinars, conferences, tradeshows) and managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis.
  • Previous experience in field marketing, digital marketing or a B2B product marketing role will be seen as a bonus.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for technology and the ability to learn complex in-house software and systems easily.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams and external agencies
  • You are proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities. You should also be detail-oriented, organized and can use quantitative metrics to support recommendations. This role reports to the VP of NAM region as well as the Global Marketing Director.

TVU Sports - Sales Manager

Company Description:

TVU Networks is leading the media and entertainment industry through the rapid transition to IP video workflows. Our IP and Cloud based solutions are utilized by thousands of content producers daily. Our organizational culture is open and fast paced. We operate in a team first environment to better service our customers and embrace change.

TVU Networks is hiring a Sales Manager for our TVU Sports Team. In this position, you’ll identify, cultivate, and manage TVU’s valued sports account base. This involves cross-selling solutions with the support of an exceptional team, great compensation and benefits. This position reports to the Director of TVU Sports and Entertainment.


  • Deliver and/or exceed sales target for named list of accounts within the Sports Vertical Market. As well as identify, qualify, and cultivate opportunities within the Sports Vertical in the United States.
  • Co-Develop a business plan with impactful implementation, along with the TVU Sports Team.
  • Work with sports vertical consultants to evangelize TVU Networks Solutions.
  • Work with Systems Integrators and Resellers to generate revenue within the vertical.
  • Develop and execute profitable and strategic relationships with a wide range of customers.
  • Maintain and maximize growth opportunities within the National Sports Vertical Market.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
  • Connect customers’ business needs with TVU Networks solutions.
  • Cross-sell other TVU Networks solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, sales leadership team and R & D teams on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate pricing and go to market strategies that are harmonized with regional sales efforts.
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, co-develop sales enablement content that will accelerate adoption of TVU Networks IP technology.
  • Minimum 20% travel required (COVID dependent. May increase as travel requirements lessen)



  • B.A/B.S. degree 
  • Five years or more of outside business-to-business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management. 
  • Comfortable is a range of selling environments including creating compelling sales strategies and presentations to C Suite executives.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing sales.
  • Deep knowledge of technology, business process, strategies, financial management and strategic planning.
  • Experience working in a matrix sales environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Remote office based.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Established experience and knowledge of the Sports Media Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Business-to-business experience, including business solutions and SaaS software.
  • Demonstrated prospecting sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
  • Aptitude for continuous development, sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Highly organized, with effective time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen capable of understanding various business models.
