Digital Marketing Manager (based in Barcelona - Spain)

TVU Networks Marketing team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our solutions awareness and adoption campaigns.

Chances are you have already seen video content on your phone, laptop, tablet or TV made from one of our web-based products or apps. TVU Networks is a technology and market leader in cloud-based live video solutions, headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, working with some of the most famous news and sport broadcasters in over 85 countries. We are transforming the way live video is captured, produced and shared around the world.

Based in our Europe headquarter in Barcelona, the ideal candidates must be able to proactively develop tactics and campaigns that drive our global business goals: audience growth, engagement, acquisition, reach, and more. The individual should be passionate about search technology and digital marketing, and ideally is an effective storyteller, content creator and growth hacker.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work at the strategic level to champion best practices and innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to execute digital marketing from concept to development, supporting content creation together with content/video teams.
  • Drive the organic search strategy and execution, including SEO and social media
  • Analyze keywords, links, SEO/SEM techniques used by competitors and identify industry trends
  • Drive targeting and customer segmentation to personalize digital campaigns
  • Drive and makes recommendations to more effectively engage visitors/customers and improve their experience and conversion rates through digital channels (e.g. content, CTA…)
  • Present key findings and best practices to team members and executive leadership
  • Strive to surpass (10X) goals with a sense of persistent urgency and excitement
  • Learn and be curious and stay on top of key trends and best practices in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies

Who You Are – Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics, Economics or Marketing, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ year in B2B marketing focusing heavily on digital marketing, with firsthand search engine optimization experience, increasing traffic and revenue.
  • High proficiency in English required
  • High proficiency in WordPress required
  • Demonstrated success executing digital strategies across multiple, integrated channels including website, paid search, paid social and display remarketing
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager…), and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership
  • The ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. With strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, always pushing for the best customer experience
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in high-tech products/services and familiar with HTML language a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams and external agencies. This role reports to the Global Marketing Director.

Regional Account Manager – Northeast U.S.

TVU Networks is leading the media and entertainment industry through the rapid transition to IP video workflows. Our IP and Cloud based solutions are utilized by thousands of content producers daily. Our organizational culture is open and fast paced. We operate in a team first environment to better service our customers and embrace change.

TVU Networks is hiring a Regional Account Manager, Northeast. In this position, you’ll identify, cultivate and manage TVU’s valued regional account base. This involves cross-selling solutions with the support of an exceptional team, great compensation and benefits. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, North America.


  • Deliver and/or exceed sales target for account in the Northeastern U.S.
  • Develop a regional business plan with impactful implementation
  • Develop and execute profitable and strategic relationships with a wide range of customers
  • Maintain and maximize growth opportunities with direct and channel accounts within the region
  • Establish and maintain great customer relations, with both internal and external customers
  • Connect customers’ business needs with TVU Networks solutions
  • Cross-sell other TVU Networks solutions to existing clients based on their needs
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, sales leadership team and R & D teams on market trends and customer requirements
  • Coordinate go to market strategies that are harmonized with other regional sales efforts
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, co-develop sales enablement content that will accelerate adoption of TVU Networks IP technology.
  • Minimum 50% travel required



  • B.A/B.S. degree
  • 7 years or more of outside business-to-business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
  • Comfortable is a range of selling environments including creating compelling sales strategies and presentations
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing sales
  • Deep knowledge of technology, business process, strategies, financial management and strategic planning
  • Experience working in a matrix sales environment
  • Based in the Northeastern United States. Remote office


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Business-to-business experience, including business solutions and SaaS software
  • Demonstrated prospecting sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Aptitude for continuous development sales skills and product knowledge
  • Highly organized, with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong business acumen capable of understanding various business models
  • Strong work ethic
