Regional Sales Manager – UK

Be Part of the Next Generation of Live Content Creation

Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, UK‑based Regional Sales Manager to promote our cloud and SaaS solutions across the UK. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets with an aggressive compensation plan that rewards new customer acquisition and growth of recurring SaaS revenue. This is a remote position with travel to major media centres in the UK as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote and educate: Show how TVU’s solutions unlock new ways to produce and deliver live content. Inspire creators in sport broadcast, news and live media to adopt agile, cloud‑based production.
  • Drive adoption: Lead the adoption and growth of SaaS solutions across the UK, positioning TVU as the go‑to partner for next‑generation media production.
  • Build relationships: Develop strong relationships with broadcasters, digital‑first publishers, system integrators and media innovators. Nurture a pipeline of new customers and expand recurring revenue.
  • Identify trends: Monitor the evolving media landscape and help customers stay ahead of how audiences consume live content. Share insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product and solutions teams to bring customer feedback that influences future innovations.
  • Showcase solutions: Lead engaging demos and presentations that highlight how our technology makes live production more agile, creative and cost‑effective.
  • Manage the sales cycle: From opportunity development to close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

 

Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally with SaaS, cloud, or technology products. Media or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Mindset: A passionate advocate for new media and the changing ways people create and consume live content. Creative, curious and analytical with the confidence to inspire others and drive adoption of new solutions.
  • Communication: Able to connect with diverse people—from creators and engineers to executives. Fluent in English; additional languages are welcome but not required.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a remote work environment and willing to travel within the UK (and occasionally Europe) to build authentic relationships with clients
