Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at our headquarters. This is a full-time position.

You will be responsible for developing and executing content that attracts and engages prospects and customers. You will work collaboratively to create compelling content across emails, social media, marketing collateral, web pages, advertising text, video scripts, newsletters and more. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can pivot at a moment’s notice.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Write original content for blogs, landing pages, website pages, various sales collateral, video scripts, advertising text, trade show messaging, thought leadership pieces, newsletters and others as needed
  • Assist with editing marketing emails, social media posts, press releases and use cases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, product management, customer support, executive team and others to create compelling content
  • Develop appropriate content and a voice based on targeted market segments
  • Measure effectiveness and constantly identify ways to improve content development efforts

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (Submission of short and long form writing samples showing written content for different formats is required)
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, proper spelling and punctuation
  • Experience turning complex ideas into simple, clear and compelling copy
  • Experience writing for B2B audience
  • Organized with a strong attention to details

Field Marketing Specialist Europe

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Marketing Specialist to support our growth initiative in Europe, headquartered in Barcelona. Reporting to the Europe Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective field and channel marketing programs to build awareness, drive demand, create leads and build pipeline across Europe.

You are a great candidate for this role if you have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as project management skills to organize events and launch successful regional campaign across Europe. You also possess the ability to collaborate and engage with management and stakeholders cross-functionally.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Plan and host all aspects of online and offline European events, trade shows and conferences in collaboration with our HQ marketing team, to deepen relationships with customers and attract prospects
  • Create effective campaign assets, including email, newsletter, video, landing page and advertising
  • Identify relevant customer stories and turn them into demand generation/sales enablement materials, working with the global customer marketing and sales enablement teams
  • Support the European sales team by identifying major business opportunities in the public domain and collaborate with R&D teams to deliver the right solution in time for our prospect
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all relevant marketing activity in the region against agreed KPIs. Apply learnings

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business
  • Fluent in French or German with high proficiency in English. Spanish language is a plus.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in organizing important events and managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis
  • Previous experience in field marketing or a B2B marketing role will be seen as a bonus
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Have a passion for technology and the ability to learn complex in-house software and systems easily
  • You are proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities. You should also be detail-oriented, organized and can use quantitative metrics to support recommendations

Sales Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Support Specialist to work in our office in Raleigh, North Carolina. The primary responsibilities of the position will relate to assisting our US and International Sales team with telephone answering, quotes, invoices, etc.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Telephone answering for US Sales team
  • Create quotes and invoices for US customers
  • Assist Sales team and customers with basic questions and research
  • Manage data in our Salesforce.com system
  • Assist with other office tasks

Key Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree
  • Requires experience using PCs or Macs in an office environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com data entry strongly preferred
  • Experience with the Odoo/OpenERP system is a major plus
  • Experience with international business is a major plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) preferred
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal; good listener
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Must be 100% fluent in English, spoken and written; good telephone manner
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
