Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at our headquarters. This is a full-time position.

You will be responsible for developing and executing content that attracts and engages prospects and customers. You will work collaboratively to create compelling content across emails, social media, marketing collateral, web pages, advertising text, video scripts, newsletters and more. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can pivot at a moment’s notice.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Write original content for blogs, landing pages, website pages, various sales collateral, video scripts, advertising text, trade show messaging, thought leadership pieces, newsletters and others as needed
  • Assist with editing marketing emails, social media posts, press releases and use cases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, product management, customer support, executive team and others to create compelling content
  • Develop appropriate content and a voice based on targeted market segments
  • Measure effectiveness and constantly identify ways to improve content development efforts

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (Submission of short and long form writing samples showing written content for different formats is required)
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, proper spelling and punctuation
  • Experience turning complex ideas into simple, clear and compelling copy
  • Experience writing for B2B audience
  • Organized with a strong attention to details

Video Producer (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Video Producer with video and professional photography experience to join our marketing team at our headquarters. This is a part-time position.

You are highly creative and experienced in producing videos that tell a compelling story. You will be responsible for developing and producing high-impact videos and professional photographs for trade shows, web pages, sales support, social media posts, product training and others. You will collaborate and ideate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, executive team and support but also drive compelling ideas independently as well. You are a quick learner and deadline driven.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Ideate, produce and edit product videos for marketing and training use across trade shows, digital advertising, social media channels, user support, website and others
  • Update, edit and maintain the existing video library, identifying opportunities to continually improve the content
  • Stage and shoot professional product photographs for videos, marketing materials, advertising, social media posts, user guides, PowerPoint presentations, public relations and others
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including global marketing teams, product management, customer support, executive team and others on developing videos and professional images

Key Qualifications

  • ‪BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years in professional video production and editing preferably with an ad agency or in-house video production department (Submission of a portfolio of work samples is required)
  • 2+ years in professional photography
  • Highly skilled in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator and other production and editing software
  • Experience with video storyboarding and scriptwriting
  • Experience using motion graphics would be a big plus
  • Strong knowledge in creating compelling videos for social media platforms

Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our headquarters. This is a part-time position.

You will be our go-to person for all creative design. You will be responsible for designing email templates, print ads, banner ads, trade show graphics, various sales collateral, PowerPoint templates, newsletters and more. You will work collaboratively with marketing team members and other departments to create attractive, impactful and compelling graphics. You are a quick learner and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Design original graphics for email marketing, various sales collateral, print and digital advertising (e.g. animated GIF banners), sales presentations, infographics, logos, user guides, newsletters, trade show graphics and others as needed
  • Provide creative direction on marketing videos and web pages
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including global marketing teams, product management, support, executive team and others on creating and refining graphic design
  • Update and maintain the company’s brand guide

Key Qualifications

  • ‪BA or BFA degree
  • 2+ years in professional graphic design preferably with an ad agency, in-house marketing department or professional design business (Submission of a portfolio of work samples is required)
  • Highly skilled in using design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with WordPress website page design is a plus
  • Some experience with HTML coding is a plus
  • Experience working with royalty free images for graphic design
